Still here and still hHcging it!
Just a quilck update... I started this journey in August of 2009... today it is January of 2011... I have successfully lost 60 pounds and kept them off! Not without work, it is just as hard to maintain as it was after any other diet I have ever been on, but I know I can always do another 21 day round if I need to... hHcg for me!

Phase 2 for me again
Well... after NOT really stabalizing I am back on phase 2 up 10 pounds from LDW. And it is harder each time I go on this phase. I guess my commitment is less because I am not as big as I was when I started on this journey, but also the newness of the program has worn off. So, I was doing well on this round, down the 10 pounds I had gained, and then I ran out of drops. I ordered another bottle, but had to do a 2 day planned interuption. Let me tell you... I have been super hungry all week. I went back on the drops on Monday 4/26 and it is all I can do not to eat each day. I have "cheated" 3 out of 4 days this week. Not big, but peanut butter, chips and nuts and a few pieces of chocolate! Why am I so hungry??? My drops are from a differnt eBay seller, they are Mediral (Detox). The other time when I used this brand, I had the weight loss version and they were fine... I am going out of town next weekend and want to be off by Saturday, so I only have about 6 more drop days anyway, I will try to suffer it out, but this is tough! Wish me luck!

The trouble with Phase 3 aka Stabalization
So, I have been on Phase 3 for about 6 weeks now and FINALLY starting to stabalize. I have had slow gains almost daily. It has been very frustrating and I am now almost 7 pounds above LDW. But the good news is, that I think I have figured it out. I need to eat more! More fat, More protein and more of everything. I posted my menu and my struggles on a yahoo message board and someone added up my calories and told me to eat more. Sounds crazy, but I doubled my calories to about 2000 a day, and have been stable since! What a concept! I had read in Dr. S's book that the biggest problem people have in maintenence is not eating enough, but didn't think that applied to me... wow! HHCG ROCKS!

Hcg update, Round 2 Phase 2 Complete!
Just wanted to post a final update on the completion of Round 2 Phase 2. I have really done well this round, actually my daily weight loss is around .64 pounds per day and I was below .5 per day on round 2 (maybe beacause that round lasted longer?). Anyway, I have lost more than I expected this time, with 31 VLCD's I am down to 152.2 as of this morning. Yesterday was 151, so hoping to see that number again tomorrow! Today is my 2nd day off the drops but still on VLCD and I will start into Phase 3 tomorrow. I am sooooooo looking forward to eating a variety of food, but I have to say I am extremely pleased with my weight loss. I started this on Aug. 22, 2009 weighing 206 (after loading) and as of today, Feb. 2nd, 2010 I have disposed of 54 POUNDS! If someone would have told me that a year ago, I would have laughed and said, Yeah... maybe if I get seriously ill or something. I thank God that I picked up Kevin Tredue's book at a yard sale for 25 cents, last summer. That book started my 3 months of reseach which lead me to the homeopathic version of hCG. It works. I am living proof! I recommend it to anyone that is tired of diets that don't work. It is not a magic solution, it is still hard and you MUST follow Dr. Simeon's protocol to a "T", to get results, but trust me when I say, if you try this you will not be sorry. And, it is one of the cheapest diets I have ever tried! I paid around 37$ for my drops at changesforlife.com and have heard they are even cheaper on eBay. So, if you are thinking about doing this, do your research, make the commitment, and go for it! Good Luck!

Losing again and loving it!
I have had a successful re-entry into phase 2 and am now happy to report the pounds a dropping again! I stopped my first round 3 weeks before Thanksgiving, so I was on phase 3 for 3 weeks and started into phase 4 and stayed there until Jan. 4th. I really loved phase 3 & 4. I was able to eat reasonably and not have huge gains. If I did gain, I would just cut back the next day and I would be back down. I stayed within my 2 pound last dose weight without doing a steak or an apple day. I only gained 4 pounds on my 2 days of loading for this round and have lost 7 pounds in 10 days. This is not as much as the first round, but where else can you lost like this (besides the Biggest Loser TV show).
I weighed in at 160.6 this morning, and am looking forward to seeing the 150s in the near future! HCG is the answer to anyone looking for lasting weight loss! Just ask me if you have any questions and trust the protocol!

Long Time no Post
Just in case anyone is actually reading this, I wanted to post on how my Phase 3 and Phase 4 are doing. So far, GREAT! I have managed to stay within 2 pounds of my last does weight without doing a single steak day. I did go over a few times early in Phase 3, but just ate really clean for a day or 2 and only ate Phase 2 foods and the weight came right back off, overnight. I am just starting to add in sugar and starches and so far am holding steady. I still may gain or lose a pound or so overnight, but it bounces right back the next day, so no worries.
I am planning to do another round, in January and hopefully with one 40 day round, I can get to my goal weight. I am not expecting to lose as fast as I did on the first round, but know what to do and what to expect, so I am expecting to see my body shrink some more!
To anyone looking into homeopathic hcg, I am livinig proof that it works and does just as well as the Rx version. Do it, you will be amazed, just like I was.
I am so thankful to have found the answer to lasting weight loss, after all these years!

Started Phase 3
It has been a long time since I posted, but I am still going strong with hhcg. Finally people at work are starting to notice and I am feeling good in smaller clothing. I have lost about 40 pounds. I will figure out my exact numbers and post them this weekend. I had a bad computer virus that keep me from posting for over a week, but that is all cleaned up now.
Yesterday was my first day of Phase 3 and I way over indulged. I ate cheese, half & half, ranch dressing and pork rinds and my stomach is not liking it. I had major upset stomach last night, and still feel ill. I also had a 1.4 pound weight gain. Which does not make me happy. Today, I am going to revert back to my Phase 2 eating, without the melba and increase my portions on meat but no dairy or pork rinds, and see how I do. Hopefully my stomach will feel better as this food passes through. Lots of water for me today too! My only excuse is that I just wanted to eat all the things I am now allowed, that have been restricted for so long. But, I want to maintain this new weight and need to ease back into eating new things so that my body can adjust. It is a learning experience for sure.
